Danielle & Terry were one of my favorite engagement sessions EVER. Remember the big wave session?? Maybe this will ring a bell:


Ah! Loved them...they were SUCH great sports! So I was extremely flattered when Danielle called me up and asked if I'd take photos of her & her girls as they prepared for the wedding. Yes please!

They all looked gorgeous but Danielle was one of the prettiest brides I have ever seen. And did I mention she's a sweetheart??! Here's a small selection of my favorite images from that day:

Brookelyn's Senior Portrait Sneak Peek!

I had such a fun time with Brookelyn & her mom yesterday at Balboa Park & Windansea! Brookelyn is a talented gymnast & so much fun to hang out with. And she's gorgeous!! She definitely made my job easy. Here's just a few (of my many!) favorites.

Tracy's Baby Shower!

I love photography sessions that are booked through old friends! I met Dawn while working at Starbucks a few years ago, and I was definitely flattered when she asked me to photograph her sister Tracy's baby shower! Everyone at the shower was super welcoming & at the end of the day, I felt like a guest! I have the best job in the world! Here are just a few of my favorites.

Christmastime!!

Yay for Christmas!! The photo sessions are done until the new year & I'm able to sit back & reflect on what an awesome year I've had! Chasing Daylight Photography was born in 2009...I've had over 125 different clients this past year & I'm so lucky that they have ALL been amazing!

As most of you know, I've been doing holiday mini sessions just about every weekend (minus the rainy ones!) since TurkeyDay, and they have been SO much fun! To toast to the holidays, here is a small selection of my personal favorite holiday themed photos taken during these sessions.

Ashley's Sneak Peek!

Ashley is majoring in Psychology and graduating from SDSU this month. December grads don't always get the attention they deserve, so it's great when one calls me up for a graduation session!! Ashley is super sweet & is going to make a great therapist. Here's a small sneak peek...the letters were her idea!!

Baby Uriah's Sneak Peek!

Another newborn!! This is the best part of my job. :)

I had a great time today with little Uriah & his parents. Newborn sessions are partially so fun because of the downtime while the little one is eating or falling asleep. I love getting to know my clients better! Enjoy!
